Most Canadian provinces and territories run a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) to select newcomers who meet their economic and labour-market needs. A provincial nomination allows you to apply to IRCC for permanent residence, either through Express Entry or a separate paper-based process.
Each province offers several streams — for skilled workers, international graduates, in-demand occupations and entrepreneurs — and each has its own criteria. Streams open, close and change often.
Who it’s for
- Workers with a job offer or experience in a province’s in-demand occupations
- International graduates who studied in a particular province
- Express Entry candidates looking to strengthen their profile
- Entrepreneurs and business owners (see our PNP Entrepreneur page)
How we help
- Stream matching — with many years of PNP experience, we match your profile with the stream that best fits, where currently open.
- Employer coordination — where a job offer is involved, we work with the employer on their side of the application.
- Provincial application — our RCICs prepare your provincial registration or application and supporting documents.
- Permanent residence — after nomination, we prepare and submit your IRCC application and follow it through to landing.
